Our key area of concern is the Construction Industry because of the high trends in the severity and frequency of accidents. Over the past decade, there has been a shift in project oversight and safety program requirements from owners, GC's, and top tier subcontractors. These factors drove us to start SRM-Pro to help companies manage risk and improve safety.

Our team leader has over 40 years of experience in helping companies develop and implement safety programs. We have served in many roles in the safety and risk management profession. We have amassed a wealth of experience in safety, claims management and risk transfer solutions including working with captives, retention programs and workers compensation trust. We have experience working with insurance companies, brokers and adjusters.
