  • Administrators: Full system access including user and service management

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Service prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.

5.4 Late Payments

Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees and service suspension until payment is received.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRM Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maryland.
